A boy, Dylan (Michael Angarano), in grade ten with terminal cancer gets a last wish from the Wish Givers Foundation. His makes a new wish which seems a little inappropriate. As his last wish he wants to be with a super model (Sunny Mabrey) for a week alone. At first Nikki (Mabrey) has pity for him but soon it turns into love.

I went to see this movie on the recommendation of a friend and
not know enough to expect - was another 'teen movie' or something
Best. Certainly it was better. There was humor, but also some poignant
Sadness. The casting, performances, photography, and all are balanced

I had the great pleasure of seeing one last thing this weekend at the

literally in the minutes of the opening of the film. From that point
with no wasted a moment - not a shot, not a line, not a framework.
Every second is valuable for the history, and yet nothing feels
Precipitarse. What breath of fresh air in this season was a pretentious,
"Look-at-me-Im-an-indie-filmmaker" projects.
Do not let the "teenage sex comedy" or poster ad blurbs deceive you.
This is a dark comedy in the truest sense of the word, full of the kind of humor that
Horca is especially poignant when the subject is a
high school child. I was moved by One Last Thing, and to cease
Thought - in my book, the definition of a movie that has hit its mark.
