Commandant Eric Lassard decides that the police force is overworked and understaffed, so he comes up with the idea of recruiting civilian volunteers to work side-by-side with officers in a program called "Citizens On Patrol" (COP). Carey Mahoney and his friends Moses Hightower, Larvell Jones, Eugene Tackleberry, Laverne Hooks, and Debbie Callahan are in charge of training the civilians. The civilians include Tommy "House" Conklin, Lois Feldman, Kyle, and Arnie. Captain Thaddeus Harris wants to take over Lassard's job, and that's why Harris is determined to see the COP program fail. But it's Harris and his right hand man Proctor who mess up by unintentionally allowing every inmate at the precinct 19 jail to escape.

In fact, that was the question many asked, in 1987, as the series has become too soon
of something not so good. Unfortunately, it is only going to get worse from here
. I tried no less than three times to sit through the
Mission To Moscow, and it is simply impossible. About the only reason to bother with

Another big problem with PA4 (and behold, there are many) is the change in
Target. Sure, episodes 1 through 3 can be enjoyed by children
double digits in age, but the primary audience is that adults do not have
very high level. Unfortunately, someone in the film study
must have decided that the writers have the whole world, and so watered
humor as far as they could obtain a G without qualification. That, more
anything, is what hurts Police Academy sequels 4 onwards.

Steve Guttenberg must have been an aspect in the finished product and
She wondered why no quitting just three films. Bob Goldthwait collects
slack in terms of comedy, but his act is also softened a bit too

entire premise is built on a very unstable.

Police Academy Each film has at least one celebrity (other than
George Gaynes) wished that had never appeared in the film. Sharon Stone receives

General PA4 gets a 2 out of ten for me. It's like a good
relic of what happens when you try to appeal to everyone, and has some genuinely funny moments

Why this film is rated so low? I admit that is the fourth in the series
And it is becoming quite ridiculous, but it has many memorable moments in the same
. Also where else can you go to see Sharon Stone, David Spade,
Speacial and an appearance of a young boy at the time called Tony Hawke. N
Where else can you get so many people in one of his early films. It also
still very entertaining and often causes me laugh. This is where
You must stop seeing the series however b / c lose Steve Guttenburg
And he is the sole reason for the series to remain in time as it did. So
This is not a low score. Help to get out of the lowest, where another 100
Royal horrible movies belong.
