Lucas Nickle's the new kid in town and the local bully, Steve, makes sure he knows it. Lucas gets so fed up with being bullied, he takes out his frustration on ants in his backyard in hilarious ways, like squirting them with his garden hose or stamping on the ant hill. The ants are understandably fed up with this and Zoc the ant wizard uses a potion to shrink him down to ant size! Lucas is sentenced to hard labor in the ruins and learns to be more compassionate to ants. He becomes an ant friend, then must become an ant hero when Stan Beals, the local pest control guy, who's an even bigger bully, comes to wipe out the entire colony. An "ants vs pest control" battle ensues and Zoc reluctantly accepts that Lucas may be the ants' only chance of survival.

Wildly entertaining for children and pieces of the wall outside of humor for adults
The Ant Bully make my choice for superior cartoons and animated films
this year! Tom Hanks' production group put together a fantastic line
voice actors for this movie. My favorite was all the stars Julia Roberts,
I think it's better to play roles in fun for children as it did in
Hook and Tinkerbell.

Nicolas Cage added a touch of familiarity and also added to the
level of adult entertainment (ie, imagine the "Lord of War" as a small ant
!) Above this, my favorite part about the Ant Bully
were the vivid scenes and camera angles between the world of humans and
the world of the ant. The animators have brilliant use of switching
perspective at different times - for example - mini-spoiler * *
a fire cracker goes off and is a huge boom in the metro
ants, but and zoom camera is a small pop
to the world of humans.

The variety of entertainment and different levels of humor that Ant Bully
this summer the top choice for family fun!
I went to see this movie today with my 8-year-old daughter,
to really know too much about it. My daughter and I were pleasantly surprised by how
it was fun. Nick Cage was pretty good as the wizard ant
, Bruce Campbell was too fun, but the highlight was Paul Giamatti
Stan as the exterminator.

There is a scene later in the film that could be disturbing to young viewers
, the frog's stomach there is an error in floating point head.
my 8 years of age can handle it well, but could frighten a child under age.
I would recommend this movie for the whole family, in addition to the usual
main character learns a lesson in the final. (Will always have to learn a lesson
?) Funny bit more than enough to see the "message" at the end. 7 / 10
