When fiftysomething Suzette loses her job as a bartender she decides to make a road trip to visit her old friend Vinnie who she hasn't seen since their days as groupies back in the day. On the way she meets Harry, a nervous writer who says he is going home to confront his father, then shows her his gun. Once they reach their destination Suzette finds that Vinnie is now Lavinia, a conservative housewife who is reluctant to reexperience the flower power of her youth, and Harry finds confrontation with himself rather than with his father.

Saboteurs on it.

Yow, another movie formulas that preaches out of the formula. Another
staid, riskfree production that promotes risk taking. Another film about
filmwriting whose main fault is the script.

The setup is simple: comfortable, but committed person faces and
believes that the error of their ways and enters a richer life. He worked for Dickens in
`Christmas'. But here is not entirely clear that capricious,
obsessive serial sex with hundreds of dopers is more than boring
repression. The second story is a bit more feasible, and concerns a writer blocked
released by the angel of the same sex. But this guy has clearly been mentally ill
his adult life, and the result is that the product is
his execrable writing the script we've been seeing. A strange

production, because these three actors are capable of something
power in these roles: Sarandon in Thelma and Louise 'and `Rush in Quills'.
Hawn has extreme limits, but a good opportunity for comics, and has made a successful career
be a lovely, old cutie sex. I've seen only two
moments worth: opening the bathroom door to reveal Susan
his new hairstyle, and a few moments to review the sequence photos.
The lowest point was the absolute valedictory speech where the terminal
damaged child is now miraculously repaired, but still illiterate like her -
applause denoting a mass epiphany - aimed at listeners', which is it true fazer.

This old boy got a tinge of sadness of the fence scene. The original
event was a campaign of John and Yoko to end the war and enter an era of peace
by the mere fact testify. The image of the meeting at which apt
sign and took a great power for me. The `Got Milk 'reprise
denotes the relative powerlessness of this project perfectly.

Eva Amurri created the best character. Let's see it.

Ted's evaluation - 1 of 4: You can find something better to do with this
part of his life.
Okay, so this is not a knee-slapping funny movie. But women will get it first. Even

young women. Actually this is not what happens to the characters
yes, but what happens to women when they take on the responsibilities

of life such as career, motherhood, etc. Hawn and Sarandon are great
and play each other very well. I recommend this movie!
Warning - although some crude humor, to make a night when children are not

home!
