(comedy, crime)
Russian mafia boss Konstantine Konali is laundering money under the guise of a legitimate business. The business: a highly addictive video game that allows him to bring down almost any security system controlled by a computer on which the game has been played, with a string of major robberies as the result. Desperate to nail Konali, Commandant Alexandrei Nikolaivich Rakov sends for help from America. Rakov decides to bring in someone he met at a convention a month ago. This person is Commandant Eric Lassard. Lassard briefs his team about the mission in Russia, then they head to Moscow. Along with Lassard in Moscow are Sergeant Larvell Jones, Sergeant Eugene Tackleberry, Captain Debbie Callahan, Cadet Kyle Connors, and Captain Thaddeus Harris. As they plan to nail Konali, he has cooked up a new scheme -- create an even better version of the Game by making it good enough to bring down absolutely any computer security system in the world, including the systems that protect the databases that belong to world powers.

Imagine having his testicles ripped off by a Grizzly and is about halfway
to appreciate how a painful experience this film is. Whatever your thoughts on the previous
Police Academy movies (and I'm not particularly fond of
any of them) that at least equipped for the kind of comedy. This
creates its own sub-genre: the anti-comedy. There is not one joke in
entire film that makes sense, and this is partly due to the fact that
read the script as if they had been translated from English into Russian
and then back again. And I'm not trying to insult the Russians. Get a
lasts long enough in the film. If the creators of this movie must be
cree, the Russian people are a humourless lot, so you can imagine that
producers thought that a film with absolutely no humor in it would
by a storm with Moscow audiences. Now, I've never seen a comedy of Russia,
but I think it's safe bet they are better than this.
In one scene, a character batters a hole in a hotel room door using an ice cube
glued to his head. I do not know why, and is typical of this film
that you're never quite sure what it is you're supposed to be laughing.
jokes and just rattle as in this
making no sense at all. If
to convince yourself that what was really looking
was a serious drama about mental illness of a high police officer lost
in Moscow, can get some perverse pleasure in this. In the video
package, however, dealers assures us that this is a comedy, so you can not even
give the film the benefit of the doubt.
It is interesting to note that after the Police Academy team's adventure in
Moscow, the authorities see fit to let them back in their own country, where
han ido to make Academy Police: The series that is, I think
or not, what is worse than this.
Best to see the drunk. And with the television off.
The fine men and women of the Police Academy seconded reach Moscow
there to help the police against the threat of the Moscow mafia. In other words, a
Konstantin Konali who has invented a video game that is sweeping the nation
. However, thinks that a sequel will include a piece of software that
access to any team that comes into contact with the game. Can
officers obtain sufficient evidence before they succeed? Meanwhile Lassard
lost and Russian moves in with a family.
I always feel that even when the characters to support a fresh start, a series of films
then you're a loser. Certainly the fact that even Steve Guttenberg
felt that he had had enough of Part 4 have said that manufacturers and
the audience that enough is enough. The plot is - oh ass,
what is the point? Imagine all the characters being allowed to reach all kinds of
stupid and not all situations in the name of dumb jokes and
will have an idea what it is. The plot of what the Russian mafia
is only evident in the beginning and end - the rest is just a silly
pratfall after another. Some of it's fun - I've always found the Lassard
innocent wanderings to be great fun and the only smile that was where I had
WNET with a Russian family!
None of the cast have anything approaching the ambition or drive.
Seem happy to be at its meeting on cartoons for 7 films! Gaynes is like
ladysouljah as ever but I like that. Graf is dead and now it is sad to think that this is his legacy
. I have seen him in other films and it's okay when
not just shouting and firing guns comedy. Winslow needs to get a new act -
find anyone "the sound effect humans' more fun? Easterbrook is
blonde with big breasts - and that's all the film needs her to do. Schlatter
makes a man weak lead and poor is real. But wait - my God, but these are
supporting actors?
what Claire Forlani? Why is it, and I suppose she was still at the bottom of
his career. Oh no - I say it is not Ron Perlman, but
has been and seems content just to be in a film no matter how bad American
is. Worse is the fact that Christopher Lee is here at all - I know that
is having a great spell at the moment but this is the way that low sunk
a point?
Overall this has hardly ever smiles in mind that laughs in any way. Even
Die Hard fans of the series and idiots who laugh when they see the color red is
struggle with this.
