Prey For Rock & Roll is the story of Jacki and her all-girl rock and roll band, Clam Dandy, who are trying to make it in the LA club scene of the late 1980's. After ten years of being ignored by record producers, Jacki and the band find hope in one producer who promises to see them play and consider them for a contract. Jacki resolves to play this one last gig and then throw in the towel if she does not find success. Personal tragedies, however, threaten to rip the band apart, rocking the foundation of friendship and trust the women have built together. Ultimately, the band must find its strength in the music that is their passion and the thread that holds them together, inspiring them to prevail.

I think Gina Gershon did a great job of acting in this movie. The
content was very well done. I think it's a good movie for all ages
and would recommend it to anyone. This is a lot of issues we face today
and have clashed in the past. The players were very good at it and I
especially liked the message we left. The music was very well done and
writing was good. The cast has in the course very well and shows that we are
we can all be friends and do what we like most.Wheather
which is white or black is for everyone from all walks of life and
deals with everything in life. I came away with a positive attitude and felt
that the hearing would be too.
so I just finished watcing Prey for Rock and Roll and
just finished reading the comments. I was here in Los Angeles when cheri lovedog (
the writer) was doing his thing.

and what she was doing very well. she took a piece of his life and turned it into
something that all of americas could see. because if all of americas
had seen the true face not not what you need to do.
living in los angeles at the time was intense and this film captures the desperation
. The saddest thing about Hollywood has always been and will always be
people who do not know when to quit.
not know when to stop drugs, we do not know when to stop his dream. and I would say that for a film
it gets the point across. Gina Gershon shows that it is more than a
glam girl. she knows how to get dirty. Drea de Mateo shines.
expected to near real .. there is something to say about that.
all girls did a good job. but this is not just a movie about what
to rock and roll. this was a film about coming to an agreement with you.
and that sometimes can be the hardest thing. I think it really shows Cheri
this is the biggest fight in Hollywood. and this is the fight that
most people lose. is also a great francois to see on the screen.
brought some interesting memories. Texas and Teri continues
rock. Here is a woman who is living that dream. more than forty
and still go strong.
