This film about an incredibly sensitive issue in a totally
in an appropriate manner: with subtlety and understatement.

The actors seem to speak like real people and real people talk. There are no dramatic
heckling. Even the signature "Let's roll" is the line
said almost in passing without any special significance to be brought
to it. The film was totally convincing in portraying how real people would have responded
. There was no Bruce Willis or Wesley Snipes
rates among the passengers, so that ordinary folk
in special situations, responding the best way they could.

Kudos to the filmmakers for not allowing this to become a
overwrought melodrama. Instead, we saw a look at the confusion and pain of
people at the centre of the events of 9 / 11. Because it was understated,
because he believed real, the impact was much stronger and gut wrenching.
I was one of those people said I would not go see this movie because I
was felt that the capitalization of a national tragedy and the trailer
gave me nightmares. However, my curiosity is the best of me when I read several positive quotes by
numerous critics outside the U.S.. Therefore, I noticed a
ticket for the 2:00 show.

There really are no words to describe the power of this movie. The
cinematography is excellent, though somewhat unstable with unstable
lens thing happens. I realized that the film very
followed the reports in the 9 / 11 Commission's book, as well as numerous others. They
stuck to the facts and not add any glorified
scenes that were not justified. You saw the mass confusion as the various air traffic control centres
tried to make sense of what was happening.
You saw the events unfold on the plane as we did so in the morning. You saw
ordinary Americans, fear and fear, banda
together and try to keep that plane hitting another target.

Do we know exactly what was said between people on aircraft? No. But there are survivors who had
messages from their loved ones in their
answering machines and people who spoke with them that day. The film is a bit
violent for my taste, but not more than any 'Blockbuster' fiction affected by
there right now, and this is the reality as we know it. Some
discrepancies are not for me or for you to decide, as are the secrets
buried in Pennsylvania.

When completed, I have never seen a theater even more.
You can hear people breathing, and they retreated together.
This is something that happened to our nation, and while not expected to have a movie to
make people remember, maybe yes. Perhaps we have forgotten or
chosen to ignore what happened that day, dropping to politics and promptly
accuse people who do not avoid it. Perhaps we are against this movie because
makes us uncomfortable, as all things must be significant. That
knows? Not I.

But I do know that United 93 was conducted in a tasteful, respectful way
, and many of the affected families in 9 / 11
supports his release. What are we going to say otherwise? See the movie and then make your
judgement call. You may be surprised, like me.
