"White Squall" is the true story of a ship school called the "Albatross." The school is run by the captain, Christopher "Skipper" Sheldon (Jeff Bridges) and his wife, Dr. Alice Sheldon (Caroline Goodall). In the of 1960, the couple took aboard eight teeanage boys from around the country for eight months of learning how to sail, be a crew, and respect one another. the crew goes through hardtimes and more laid-back times, but they must come together when a freak storm gets them in trouble in the middle of the ocean.

I would say that "White Squallido" deserves more credit for what they got
when he was released. Portraits to several youths and their captain (
Jeff Bridges) goes surfing and find a devastating storm, the film really takes you
. Never get preachy about friendship and never
becomes a silly action film, is a film that knows how to tell a story
. Another good addition to Ridley Scott of the filmography. And that
a scene with the Dutch school girl ... Hubba Hubba! Moreover,
this movie was my introduction to Ryan Phillippe, who plays one of the
young men (although his name does not come into my vocabulary until I saw "
Know what you did the Last summer "). Also starring John Savage,
Jeremy Sisto (Billy on "Six Feet Under"), Ethan Embry and Zeljko Ivanek.
certainly worth seeing.

I must admit, I never wanted to go sailing. Too many bad things
seems to happen.
This film for me is incredible! As I like the sea and sailing boats
much this movie is just right film for me (as captain and commander
with Russel Crowe) and I think for many others who likes sailing and Sea
. This film presents happy and sad history at the same time.
I am delighted with the characters of children and others, that with respect
and the killing of dolphins is something terrible. The whole world of children has
own big problems and we can describe the way in which what they said Chuck:
"Some of us are here to discipline, some to escape. And the rest
do not even know why. I'm not sure where I fit, but I can see
a small piece of myself in every one of them. I think I will have friends here, and I
I hope this will be home. "Very nice what he said, right? Ohh Yes,
and sound effects in the movie are excellent in my opinion. I was enjoying
the film with great pleasure!
