Six months after encountering Samara and her killer video tape, Rachel Keller and her son Aiden leave the city to live in a small rural town where they think they'll be safe. Soon after they arrive, however, Rachel hears about a college student who died nearby in circumstances similar to Samara's past victims. Now it appears that Aiden's life is in danger from Samara once more, and Rachel must investigate the little girl's past if she wants to save her son.

I loved The Ring, so naturally I was ecstatic about seeing The Ring 2.
What disappointment! The film did not have much of a plot (
even for those of us with more creative imagination), and because,
was difficult to follow. I found myself bored to be nothing more than another
and waiting for the next stage of fear to shake me awake. The
special effects are quite good, and the entire cast
really did a good job with their roles, but despite their abilities, the film
not to make an impression half as good as the original.
There are several points of this movie when you feel you begin to catch on to
something that finally makes sense (and make it worth your money
), only to be lowered to the conclusion that scene. Best
save your money and wait until it hit the shelves rental ... I wish I had.
The ring was my favorite film of 2002, the best horror film he saw in
ages, and then I saw and enjoyed (with the exception of the Ring
0 - What the hell was that?) In all Japanese films as well.

So when I learned that the director of the original movie was set for the second fazer "remake" is appropriately excited. Imagine what can fazer with a larger budget and better technology? It is however, not even
near the first, and these improvements do not surface (the same CGI,
C-list cast Hallmark Channel). Do not manage to keep
nervous throughout, but the proper alarms are too frequent and, apparently,
to take too seriously. This is very evident when
the creepiest guy in the film is admitted to the hospital and The Ring 2 becomes a tragedy of child abuse
around twenty minutes, leaving wonder where the easiest thing is that
Pick up a bit again.

also is the kind of film that requires him to re-see the first
before going to see it, the opening does not make sense unless you've seen
"Rings" Collectors Edition of the DVD, and there are a lot of things that
may have been forgotten easily if you saw the movie three years ago.

Okay, is a horror sequel-remake thing, so do not expect too
and you will not be disappointed, but you can not help but think that
could have been done a little best.
