In his second term at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) is warned by an elf named Dobby that disaster will strike when he returns to Hogwarts. Besides the fact that he is still disliked by Professor Snape (Alan Rickman) and hated by Draco Malfoy (Tom Felton), Harry gets off to a great start with his two best friends, Ron Weasly (Rupert Grint) and Hermione Granger (Emma Watson), and famous writer Gilderoy Lockhart (Kenneth Branagh) has joined the Hogwarts staff and is the new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. But now, Hogwarts students are strangely being turned into stone. But who is the one doing it, Malfoy, gamekeeper Hagrid (Robbie Coltrane), or, even, Harry? But what if it's Lord Voldemort trying to make his evil return?

Not being a fan of the Harry Potter films, I toddler along the first
exhibition of this film in my local UGC cinema and sat and enjoyed thirly
this movie, but not in the way that I would enjoy something like
Lord of the Rings or Spider-Man. Of course, Harry Potter's target audience is a
younger age so I can see how it could not have enjoyed both as a
slightly younger audience, but to say the least is much better than some < br> of crap that fizzled out in recent days.

Crap is not a year and the main characters are much larger, taller
and broken voices. Many of the original cast return and some new characters appearing in this
, as Kenneth Branagh and Jason Isaacs. Kenneth Branagh plays
a wonderful part of Gilderoy Lockhart seems to think that
is adored by all and quite frankly that is adored by women for his charm and courage. The
was one of the best bits in the movie Jason Isaacs as Lucius Malfoy played
father of Draco. Jason sports a pretty long wig and plays the evil father
/ villain to a T. It plays much like his villain in The Patriot
. I was sometimes phased Rupert Grint "Ron". It is not that great
an actor, but could play its part satisfactory. The
could have done better, but then again I have not read the book so I would not know how Ron
have behaved. I suppose that the scenes that played a scared person (which is much
) not sufficiently convincing to me, but children must have a good laugh
him more than me. I suppose you can not hold against
children who do not match because they are only young and learning actors
trade, but for those who play their part and should receive a pat on the
back.

The SFX were impressive, especally the character of Dobby. It was so great
. I could say it was bad for his CG creation, but by the fact
there is no way we could have done differently. In fact, the nature of CG
Dobby is very similar looking for Gollum in The Lord of The Rings and the CG
Asgard in television series Stargate SG-1 (speaking of textures), which speaks well
of Stargate SG-1 if we can do as well as a major films as
... and to top it. The CG spiders were incredibly realistic and creepy looking
. Not being too afraid of spiders, that sort of made me jump. I felt
The body tense as the case gave Harry and Ron, it's a good thing
often do not because I am doing this in the movies. The person I sat next to
seemed quite scared of spiders too.

John Williams scored very similar to his original score with old themes
and returning some of the music that sounds like music from his Indiana Jones
results. I was whistling the main theme of Harry Potter for most
night and sometimes without knowing he was doing until someone else pointed out that
to me.

This film certainly better than the action sequences and much more action-oriented
1 st Potter film. I was clenching in points as
were really tense. The story was not too difficult to understand from a potter
non-fan point of view and the film was much shorter than I expected.
I thought that lasted three hours when it is closer to 2 1 / 2. In some cases
I found that you had to have seen the film for 1 st
understand some of what was happening, but that was mainly due to the history that he did not rule
and some of gags. The only thing that bothers me is that
signs in the lobby were too long and I could get an ice cream and there was a few
child crying in the front row for a few minutes midway.
Why bring a child who's going to forget the film next week?
You may ask yourself.

If you're not a crazy-potter-fan then I would suggest you wait a few weeks to
that you're not running over with human beings who are 4 feet tall .. . ie. Children!
(I am not talking about Dwarfs)

I 8.5/10. But I'm not a big fan of these movies and I do not
the target audience. That's a good thing in the event that
wonder.
I thought this was better than the first Harry Potter film, as
not exaggerate the scenes action as the first film did, and
The special effects were better. It is not "The Lord of The Rings", of course,
but is still decent entertainment, even for us older people. It got even better
with the third instalment, which has been my personal commitment
favorite of the four I've seen now.

do not buy into all baloney hidden and black magic things, only
enjoying the special effects that go with it with these stories. This
was also interesting to see how the three young stars -
Daniel Radcliffe ( "Harry"), Emma Watson (Hermione) and Rupert Grint (Ron)
matured physically since the first film. Suddenly, the boys
have reached puberty and their voices are changing. "Ron" squeaking
half the time that talks!

As with many of today, the big budget movies, visual,
- special effects and surround sound are amazing. Definitely
entertaining for all ages unconcerned for language.
