This movie features the collaborative directorial efforts of four new filmmakers, each of whom directs a segment of this comedy. It's New Year's Eve at the Mon Signor Hotel, a former grand old Hollywood hotel, now fallen upon hard times. Often using physical comedy and sight gags, this movie chronicles the slapstick misadventures of Ted, the Bellhop. He's on his first night on the job, when he's asked to help out a coven of witches in the Honeymoon Suite. Things only get worse when he delivers ice to the wrong room and ends up in a domestic argument at a really bad time. Next, he foolishly agrees to watch a gangster's kids for him while he's away. Finally, he finishes off the night refereeing a ghastly wager.

"Four Rooms" is a lot more fun than you might expect from its
Overall, the negative comments. That is not to say that any of that is a masterpiece but if
enjoyed "Love American Style" and on television
are not discouraged by an obscene assume anthology concept that should make an effort to
see this film. It was conducted between the time
Tarantino made "Pulp Fiction" and worked on "Dusk Till Dawn" with
Rodriguez. Many in the large cast Tarantino and Rodriguez are regulars.
These are some of the reasons to watch each of the four stories:

"The missing ingredient" - Madonna simply has never looked better and
His "me come costume burn your eyes. Alicia Witt plays her son
Stock alienated and delivers sarcasm as only she can.

"The Wrong Man" - Alexander Rockwell directed this segment shortly
Following the direction of "In the Soup" so they already knew how to get the most
From Jennifer Beals. His diatribe about sex Ted is a body cinema
Classic.

"The Misbehavers" - Rodriguez directs his favorite actor Antonio Banderas
into something that is a throwback to classic Laurel and Hardy. Not only
her two children misbehaving when left alone in their hotel room,
But his misconduct is so broad that the closing shot reveals
A panel of total anarchy. It's wonderful slapstick on a large scale,
comic timing worthy of the Laural and Hardy and the Marx Brothers.

"Man in Hollywood" - This is the best screenplay Tarantino
booking the best things for their own character. Even reprises
"Sabrosa drink" line from "Pulp Fiction. Beals has already found its way to
this room at the time of buttons and she comes Roth offers more
Good lines. I was impressed that Tarantino builds its order
"Before" and the contest began then not try to extend the suspense
But things ended at the first attempt.

The best bit in the whole movie Roth could be the phone call to his boss.
Marisa Tomei answers the phone in a room full of comma after the New
Eve partygoers years. It then makes a version of its "My Cousin Vinnie"
expert witness routine, this time on the types of guns. In
Foreground all the time are the only other conscious (but totally
Apedreado) inhabitants of the room. They are playing against each other in
A video game. One only looking in stunned fascination on the screen,
Holding the controller but not using it as the other player maniacally
The manipulation of others around the controller

Hojaldre, flippant substitute-bellhop in a decaying Hollywood hotel
Find a coven of witches comely, a psychotic man and his wife
involved in sexual, violent role-playing, a gangster and his wife, who
We need a babysitter for their children early, and a cable-structured
Hollywood auteur, which proposes a bloody game of winner takes all. Unfunny
Hinging on the outcome of Tim Roth as the performance of uniformed
buttons, this wrong, inconsistent, outside of putting the collage
Helictites falls completely flat. Roth, which is not rubber-faced
Comedian (but expected to be here), try an air of bon vivant
Smugness light heart, which only seems perverse. The rest of the cast is
Talentoso or humiliated (Ione Skye, as a half-naked witch)
Or used for decoration or as a punch line. Antonio Banderas' elegant,
Aceitoso gangster is fun, and young children are very good, but his
segment ends with a hateful, totally inappropriate note - and yet no one behind or in front
the camera wants to show all
Responsibility. The feeling is one of laughter nothing, "however,
Writing is wincingly unfunny, and the four directors are different
simply not synchronized (not with each other or with the material),
Especially Quentin Tarantino, who directed and stars in the final
