A charismatic convict (Bruce Willis) and a hypochondriac inmate (Billy Bob Thornton) break out of prison in a cement truck and immediately start a bank robbing spree. Becoming known as the "Sleepover Bandits", the two kidnap bank managers the night before their robbery, spend the night with their families, and then all go to the bank in the morning to get the dough. Using a dim-witted stunt man (Troy Garrity) as their getaway driver and lookout, the three successfully pull off several jobs that gets them recognition on a tv show about America's criminals. When a bored housewife (Cate Blanchett) with a failing marriage decides to runaway, she ends up in the hands of the criminals. Initially attracted to Willis, she nonetheless also ends up in bed with Thornton and a confused romantic relationship begins. Continuing along with their spree, the bandits hit the wall when the bank managers realize that they are non-violent and therefore no threat to them or their employees. This leads to one more big score at the Alamo Bank, where in the very opening scenes, things appear to go awry.

Bandits is an interesting original movie about two outlaws, Joe Blake
and Terry Collins (Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton) who, after escaping from prison
decides to continue his bank robbing spree but
With a different tactic. They kidnap the bank manager,
take him to work the next morning and get to open the vault without the complications of
tellers and customers. This works successfully until
run in Kate (played to perfection by Cate Blanchett in a role
overlooked). Kate is an excess of stress housewife

This film is fun than you expect, plays more like a comedy
that a crime movie. Willis well beyond its police person in the role of
Good likable Joe Blake. Thornton is superbly funny as Collins,
neurotic paranoid partner. As mentioned, is perfect
Blanchett as a love interest.

The end is nice if not a little waiting. The only major shortcoming in
this movie is that the character of Thornton, while entertaining
is clearly not the criminal. Although the relationship between the two main characters
is playing.
Bandidos
is a fun, entertaining, original comedy which I commend to all
. Hang out and see this film. There is an effort for a moment that
you do not adore.
I must admit, when I sat down to watch this movie, I did not expect much;
I had seen some trailers, maybe a TV spot or two-but that's all.
The only thing I knew about it was that this was a crime comedy, and that
Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton portrays the leads. I did not think it would be so
funny and thoroughly entertaining. The idea is somewhat original, although slightly
derived from films like Bonnie and Clyde. The plot is very good;
which details the various bank robberies in two very different partners in crime
. The pace is very good, although I found parts of the last half hour film
something towed. He's big; Bruce Willis is like the great
aggressive and determined thief, Billy Bob Thornton does a great job as
hipocondríaco and very nervous thief, and Cate Blanchett gives a great performance as
slightly neurotic Hostages who finally falls in love with both
thieves. The characters are well written and credible. The comedy,
crime and the drama is well integrated and well done. I did not care too
for romance angle, though, but what they are worth, is not an evil,
and definitely not the worst I've seen. The actors have great chemistry on-screen
, and are well cast. I liked the way the story was told that
left thinking that you are merely following the events that led to
In the end, but then, during the last few minutes, there is an excellent twist, < br> that took me completely by surprise, and made a grand finale to a great
film. Given that the film is rated PG-13, two-hour long
comedy that deals with crime, and has integrated some drama in it, is really good.
It's very fun, entertaining and original. The humor is well done,
rarely falls flat, and most worked very well in the film. I liked that most
Dodge stereotypes and cliches, rather than wallowing in them, like many other comedies
today. What I recommend to fans of comedies, crime
related movies and dramas. To a lesser extent, it is also advisable
fans of romance. Most fans in general the film should also enjoy this, at least to some extent
