Young Vincenzo Cortino, son of a Sicilian postman, delivers a package for his father and accidentally sees something he should not see. In a donkey's, well, he is smuggled out of town, where he tries to reach a ship headed for America. There, Vincenzo works his way up to the top of the Mafia. One day, his youngest son makes a mistake and has to leave town. A little later, he ends up as a casino boss in Las Vegas. But the heads of the other families want old Don Cortino out of the way. So, they shoot him 47 times and send a *very* attractive woman to distract his son from his casino work. Will he fall for her or will he return to Diane, who, by the way, had run for President successfully in the meantime?

Hey, this is better then I expected. You know, after all
Leslie Nielsen's stupid I thought all movies in this genre of comedy are the same. There was no
watchable film such as' Naked Gun 3 '. Of course
I know that this is not all humor, but for me it's just fun. 'Mafia'
is not as good as its predecessors ( 'Hot Shots',' Airplane ', etc.) but is
funny - if you known films that are related. In the early films
that dozens of films in joked. Here are only three main:
'Casino' and 'The Godfather Part I & II'. If you know, you can laugh.
What else can we say? There is no real story, the actors have not done too much
and effects are great (especially the dinosaurs at the end). Not every law is
joke, but many of them are. The film makes me hope that
may have come rather from these.
Jim Abrahams, the director of "Jane Austen's Mafia",
is a man who knows a thing or two about what to give the public what has already
shown in his acerbic satire. This came without any warning
the other night and frankly, whether they were in a giddy mood, or we
ready to laugh see this travesty on the various sponsors films, as well as other
Above all, Goodfellas and Casino.
Francis Ford Coppola and Martin Scorsese could have laughed at seeing some of the material that directs
seen in a different light.
The casting was excellent. Lloyd Bridges, for whom the film is devoted
, gives a great performance as the older Vincenzo curtains.
Jay Mohr as the youngest curtain is good. The same is true for the rest of the cast
made any funny becomes surprising.
The only suggestion is to stay tuned for the credits due to
fun on the lines between the names of individuals involved in this movie.
If you're in an atmosphere of fun and want to see some light fare, this is
the film for you.
