I had the opportunity to catch an advance screening with friends last night, and
Maybe it was just the mood we were in, but we had an explosion.
It took a few minutes to get the address of George went with it, but once I did
, Cranko in almost all cylinders.

The first thing to note is this is not a serious, somber, scare you out of your trousers
zombie movie. What really plays like instead is a
social commentary on class, politics, and stereo rates, despite having a good time doing
. Think Evil Dead meets Mad Max meets
Night of the living dead, and get a clearer idea of the film
George has done here.

Yes, it is very violent, and yes, there are a lot of "food".
Highly recommended for those whose zombie movies take as seriously as they should

George Romero returns to the genre that he had perfected with his "dead"
trilogy (Night of Dawn, and Day), with a fourth delivery,
Land of the Dead. Fans of the first three films will undoubtedly be lining
in droves to see this movie, no matter what the critics say.
Nevertheless, Die Hard zombie fans and critics alike should be pleasantly surprised
. The peak has seen hiding and fans hooting and hollering
received a standing ovation at the end of the film. The film, while not perfect
, is still an achievement in what killed the genre once again
life. And who better to do the master himself, George A Romero.
Land of the Dead, most resembles the dark comedy Day of the Dead
the other two films, and manages to mix elements of classic
Dawn of the Dead with modern expectations of films
as 28 days later. Romero fans love, horror and modern looking
should expect to be exposed to a great time. Great special effects,
a lot of gore, and great performances all around especially John
Legiozomo, Dennis Hopper and Asia Argento. Become a favor and GO
