The Kingdom of Alagaesia is ruled by the evil King Galbatorix, a former dragon rider that betrayed his mates and his people in his quest for power. When the orphan farm boy Eragon finds a blue stone sent by Princess Arya, he sooner realizes that it is a dragon egg. When the dragon Saphira is born, Eragon meets his mentor Brom, and becomes the dragon rider foreseen in an ancient prophecy that would set his people free from the tyrant Galbatorix. Eragon meets the rebels Varden and together they fight against the evil sorcerer Durza and the army of Galbatorix in a journey for freedom.

Paolini's novel should have been left alone. It
unnecessarily manipulated to become a tarnished film lost all the magic,
motivation and direction. The writers, director and producer
missed a real opportunity to do this in a great trilogy experience ...
perhaps should have read the books first
because they were much better than this. Get better players and have a better leader and you have something
. My advice ... produce the film again. Let's forget
the first attempt and bring back Rachel Weisz who made the dragon
the better part of the film and will be a better film. If you do this,
will succeed.
Eragon is an entertaining movie, but for those of us who have read the book
, beware, this film mixes and matches with the parties and even conducts
entire scenes with up to fifty pages in the book ! This film was very hasty and
has changed the way certain things that happened so if
had not read the book, you can understand what the omprobar was happening. Although
scenes as Teirm and Hadarc Desert were carried out, which took the
information from there and put other scenes. The scenes were also very
changed, but surprisingly, only one thing has been added to the film
if not changed. Many characters were dismissed as Katrina,
Salebum (Werecat), Jeod, and the Twins were eliminated from the film,
made an excuse to make this movie an hour and forty minutes. This
was very rushed and if you add half an hour to the film,
could have been much better. I comment positively, and that they were
visual effects and has been acting in Los effects were phenomenal! This
was real. or at least the purpose it was pointed that way. The
was also surprising. Jeremy Irons and John Malkovich create a solid cast, not to mention
new players, Ed Speelers, Chris Egan, and Garett Hedlund.
Djimon Hounsou created a great Characters in the Inheritance Trilogy. If you have not read the book,
this creates a very entertaining movie, but it's a different story
the book, only with the same plot.
