Back to the days when David Lynch's films
used to be consistent,
this film turns out to be one of the most powerful
in a long line of strange and bizarre movies.
I felt all the actors were exceptional
in this movie, which reflects the power and
evil Dennis Hopper in nature.
I can not see anyone else in this role,
Hopper and demonstrated once again that
is to go to guy when it comes to
portray a lunatic. Lynch's film and artistic endeavors

to fit perfectly with each other,
reeks black cinema and suspense.
An excellent film for the first time to see any
Lynch observers.
This has always been a single crime film, like any story that he
seen before or since. In many ways, is a sick movie ...
but totally fascinating, even after a few viewings. It is a definitely a trademark of
director David Lynch with its history and strange twists and
strange characters.

This film has one of the most evil characters ever put on screen:
"Frank Booth," played by Dennis Hopper. The latter is known for playing
psychotic murderers and leading this function at all. Hopper was never sick.
Almost as strange as it is the victim of women here, "Dorothy Vallens
," played a mysterious Isabella Rossellini.

Kyle MacLaclan is good as the nosy teenager late
just have to find out what is happening in Dorothy's apartment, while girlfriend Laura Dern
drops his curiosity.

In a film that has strange characters, the most bizarre scene of
them - and there are a number - is in the apartment Booth
with Dean Stockwell and his friends. Stockwell is lip syncing to an old Roy Orbison song
is really weird. Make no mistake, however:
as strange as this movie can get, is mainly a history of crime that can hold
are very uncomfortable to watch at times. The language in this movie was surprisingly tame
..... until Hopper enters the scene. It is about the only character
using profanity, but compensated by other
using the f-word especially in prayer. He is so over-the-top,
however, after the initial shock of seeing this movie once or twice, I know
almost laugh aloud to him and how it operates.

aesthetics and acoustic, this is another interesting film with Lynch
magnificent colors, creepy camera angles and a banda sonora varied. You hear all the exuberant
of classical music to old rock 'n roll songs, and a lot of strange noises
(sound effects).

the discussions I've had, this seems to be a movie people love or hate.
There is not much room for middle ground. Lynch has done much more "pleasant"
films like "The Straight Story," crazies films ( "Wild At Heart",
"Eraserhead") and Classie films ( "The Elephant Man") , But this will mark his
film: one over the other, will be remembered for,
good or bad.
