Back when the Earth was being overrun by glaciers, and animals were scurrying to save themselves from the upcoming Ice Age, a stupid sloth named Sid, a woolly mammoth named Manny, a saber-toothed tiger named Diego, and an acorn-loving saber-toothed squirrel named Scrat are forced to become unlikely heroes. The four reluctantly come together when they have to return a human child to its father while braving the deadly elements of the impending Ice Age.

I have to say this is one of the best animated films I've ever seen.
I liked the first time, but actually be seen in the second
view, just a few weeks ago. I can see why the sequel is doing so great
business at the box office. Apparently, a lot of people liked this movie
.

A magnificent color palette (man, this looks good) and a lot of good adults
(but clean) humor make this a big winner. The opening of 3 to 4 minutes scene
"Scat", is excellent as interludes are beyond him. "Sid"
laziness (voiced by John Leguizano), however, is the main
humor in the film. The usually has something funny to say
throughout the film.

Ray Romano is the voice of the mammoth, the great character of the film,
literally, while Denis Leary is the bad-boy fierce become a good
Sabertooth tigre

This is not only humor and colors but rather a pleasant
sentimental story of how a small baby softens up a couple of tough characters.
This is not interrupted with a bunch of songs, either: only a brief and a
nothing offensive, rational language.

If more animated movies is this good, I own more.
