Two London brothers (McGregor and Farrell) are hard-up for cash, and both have girls to look out for, too (Atwell and Williams). When rich Uncle Howard (Wilkinson) comes to town and agrees to help them out, he admits his finances are under investigation, and he asks them to do him a favor and "take care of" an old business relation to keep his trouble under wraps - he says that they're family, and since he always takes care of them, the least they could do is help him out this once, as they're the only ones he can trust. The film follows their struggle with the immorality of this request and how each brother chooses to deal with it.

Writing in this movie is great, I think. Despite that
Do you know something is going to happen after that is never boring. It's really very sad
history of those involved, which deals with death and betrayal, but as a spectator
you cannot help but laugh. With the worst comic actors
message will probably not reach the public, but these people really
do a good job. Ewan McGregor I have always trusted and who really
offers what in my eyes is his best performance to date.
Colin Farrell, on the other hand is not an actor that I believed in him, but
surprised me and it's really convincing, and fun, especially when
becomes a nervous wreck.

now in the unique position of not having seen any of the previous Woodys
work before seeing this movie. Unlike fans of Woody Allen,
I can not see anything bad about this movie. It's good entertainment,
best film I saw at the cinema this year, if there is anything that makes me want to see more of
Woodys films.
"Cassandra's Dream" is the last term of Woody Allen's London
and the trilogy concludes his best trio of films in over 20 years.

This is a film completely intransigent. All this is dialogue, the character
development, and to act. Any "action" takes place off-camera and
although there is bloodshed, we do not see a drop of blood on the screen.
This is in stark contrast to recent bloodbath kind of films like "
No Country for Old Men," "Sweeney Todd" and "there will be blood."

Unlike "Match Point", this movie is not overly derivative. The
is good and Colin Farrell gives his best performance ever. Philip Glass's
Result helps convey the feeling of inevitability. However, the
photography is kind of dull and diffuse.

If you like old movies that are based on the story, dialogue, and
act; "Cassandra's Dream" is exactly the kind of movie that I thought
not make any more.
